Ukraine, 2024 — reconstruction era

We fought for Ukraine.
Now we own the supply chain.

BoiSpilka is a service cooperative built by veteran-founded businesses across pharma, agriculture, construction, and advertising. Together we cut procurement costs by 20-40%.

The BoiSpilka Model

Veterans know how to fight smarter, not just harder.

Individual businesses pay full price. A pharmacy, a farm, a construction firm, a marketing agency — each negotiating alone with suppliers, each leaving money on the table.

BoiSpilka changes that. We pool our purchasing volume across sectors. Seeds, crop protection, pharma supplies, construction materials, logistics. The combined weight of our members gives every business inside the cooperative the buying power of a major holding company.

We first fought for Ukraine. Now we build it. Together.

Member Sectors

One cooperative. Every industry we need.

01

Pharmaceutical

Collective procurement of medical supplies and pharma inputs across our pharmacy network members.

02

Agricultural

Bulk purchasing of seeds, fertilizers, crop protection and equipment for our farming members.

03

Construction

Volume purchasing of building materials, equipment and contractor services for reconstruction work.

04

Advertising

Shared media buying, creative resources and marketing infrastructure across cooperative members.

05

Public Organization

Organizational capacity, community network and veteran reintegration program support.

06

Charitable Foundation

Social mandate, impact reporting and community reinvestment for members who qualify.

How BoiSpilka Works

Three steps to collective strength

01

Pool volume

Member businesses submit purchasing requests. We aggregate demand across pharma, agri, construction, and advertising sectors into a single volume commitment.

02

Negotiate as one

Our procurement team negotiates with suppliers and distributors using our combined volume. Every member benefits from pricing that would be impossible alone.

03

Distribute savings

Cost reductions flow back to members. The cooperative retains a small margin that funds our shared infrastructure, logistics, and growth initiatives.

Veteran Business Support

The funding landscape is ready. We just need to be organized.

Ukraine has active programs — EU grants, Veteran Fund competitions, credit union financing — that favor organized groups. BoiSpilka is built to access all of them.

What We Stand For

Built on veteran principles.

Principle 01

Collective strength

We negotiate as one. Every member business — from a two-person pharmacy to a fifty-person construction crew — carries the buying weight of the entire cooperative. No one fights alone.

Principle 02

Veteran-first supply

Where possible, we source from veteran-owned businesses. We build a supply chain that supports the community that built it.

Principle 03

Transparent economics

Every member sees the negotiated price, the cooperative margin, and their own savings. No black boxes. No hidden fees.

Principle 04

Reconstruction-ready

Ukraine's reconstruction will need organized, multi-sector suppliers. BoiSpilka is built to bid on reconstruction contracts as a unified cooperative — not scattered small businesses.
